What to wear: When business attire is suggested you can count on it being a notable event. We know that “business attire” can seem intimidating, but we also know that nothing beats the simple sophistication of a well-dressed business woman. A great business suit will always fit the bill here, but it is not your only option. Try a classic styled dress with a great blazer, cardigan, or even a leather jacket to add some edge. Find what makes you feel most confident and powerful. Put a great textured blazer or bright colored blazer to work by pairing it with tailored dress pants or a flattering skirt.
What not to wear: Anything too tight or too short, cotton capris, leggings, denim of any kind is a definite no, avoid showing too much cleavage, overly embellished shirts, and shy away from hair styles and make-up that upshines your personality. Avoid dresses that are too formal or worn down out sloppy clothing.

Translation: Fabulous formal wear perfect for your moment in the spotlight.
Attire: Look for sophisticated formal gowns or pant suits made with quality detailing and fabrics (think beading, velvet, or sequins) designed to turn heads and make you feel a star! Floor-length gowns are always très chic, but if you’d prefer short and sultry, make sure your dress hits no shorter than just above the knee.
Color: Classic black is always appropriate for an elegant evening, but help Pure Romance celebrate our 25th “silver” anniversary with gorgeous metallic shades like silver, gold, and champagne.
Shoes: While dressier shoes are best for this unforgettable evening, DO consider the amount of time you’ll be walking in and wearing your shoes. Choose your footwear accordingly, with comfort AND style in mind! Please honor the formal nature of the evening and always wear shoes when you take the stage.
What not to wear: Colors or metallics other than the 25th anniversary themed colors. Please refrain from wearing business attire, sandals, or anything too short, tight, or revealing. Avoid styles that are too casual. Avoid anything not age appropriate.
What men should wear: Tuxedos are preferred, but definitely not required. If a suit is worn, please accessorize with a jacket and tie. Suit colors should be neutral, such as black, navy, or charcoal. Avoid wearing gym shoes, hats, and jeans.

Translation: Casual yet classy.
What to wear: Try appropriate dark wash or white jeans paired with a trendy, colorful top, and your favorite clutch. Think sophisticated music festival. Pair a little black dress with accessories that provide a pop of color to finish off the look or a denim dress with cowboy boots or dressy wedges. Go for a trendier look with a romper or jumpsuit worn with fun statement accessories and embellished sandals. Basically, wear what you would wear to a concert – but remember, you are representing Pure Romance! We want you to feel comfortable, but the key is to keep it chic and appropriate.
What not to wear: Super short denim cut-off shorts, cocktail dresses, crop tops, bathing suits, anything too short, too tight, or too revealing.
